compared to Ninì 20, wants to express itself with a more "serious", austere character, with a more decisive extraction. It is always obtained with 100% Syrah grapes, vinified whole in a French oak truncated cone vat. After a couple of weeks, they are pressed inside the vat itself and left to ferment on their skins for another three weeks. After pressing, the wine rests for 20 months in 5 hl French oak barrels, then a further 6 months in bottle before being marketed. It has an intense and dark ruby red color, with a mature, earthy and wild nose. In the mouth it has a beautiful evolution, generous structure, still raw but fresh and rigorous on the finish.
