Result of a short maceration of aleatico, with the addition of a bloodletting of Sangiovese and Merlot, even in this litrozzo there are all organic grapes purchased in the Bomarzo and Montefiascone area. It has a light pink color, with onion reflections, it has a nose characterized by a clear peach fruit, with a marked fragrant aroma of rose and geranium, in the mouth it is light, with lots of freshness and aroma, easy and thirst-quenching.

In 2004 kochten Gian Marco Antonuzzi en Clémentine Bouveron een verlaten wijn- en olijvengaard aan, aan de oevers van het Lago di Bolsano, Lazio, op vulcanische bodem. Le coste werd geboren. Dard & Ribo en Philppe Pacalet hun leermeesters. Ze hebben veel verschillende cuvées, verschillende stijlen, sommige zijn ondertussen klassiekers, maar jaarlijks zitten er toch enkel nieuwe, verrassende wijnen bij.
