it is obtained from organic grapes for more than 10 years, followed, harvested and purchased in the Montefiascone area, mostly from the procanico variety, with the addition of malvasia, roscetto, verdello, petino and romanesco. These, once destemmed, are placed in the vat and then pressed after a few days of maceration. It has a veiled straw color with golden reflections, a typical nose, with floral and fresh fruity notes, a mouth with a marked freshness in the drink, balanced, crunchy and with its typical rusticity in the finish.

In 2004 kochten Gian Marco Antonuzzi en Clémentine Bouveron een verlaten wijn- en olijvengaard aan, aan de oevers van het Lago di Bolsano, Lazio, op vulcanische bodem. Le coste werd geboren. Dard & Ribo en Philppe Pacalet hun leermeesters. Ze hebben veel verschillende cuvées, verschillende stijlen, sommige zijn ondertussen klassiekers, maar jaarlijks zitten er toch enkel nieuwe, verrassende wijnen bij.
